Mention Kowloon City and it’ll remind you of Little Bangkok/ Thailand. Here you’ll be able to find lots of Thai restaurants and ingredients to make Thai dishes. I’m happy there’s also a vegetarian restaurant serving my favourite pad thai noodles and green curry!
For starters, we chose these delicious vegan ‘fish cakes’, my dad’s favorite dish (see below)
Soft on the inside, it’s tasty!
If you can’t decide, get the mixed platter, which includes yam cakes.
The papaya salad is refreshing but somehow I prefer the ones that I ate in Thailand better.
No surprise my favorite noodle dish is the Pad Thai!
Green Curry is another hot favorite. Tried making this at home but not as tasty as the ones served here, which is filled with long beans, tofu, eggplants, carrot and more.
Strongly recommend if you can eat spicy.
Fried spring rolls are tasty too. For a healthier version, you can choose this one instead.
Vermicelli salad is okay…
I like tom yum soup and find this really tasty!
This fish dish is topped with sweet and sour sauce, best eaten with fragrant white rice.
