A Rawlicious Dinner in Toronto

Six weeks of backpacking across Canada was about to come to an end. My dear friends from Toronto brought me to Rawlicious, a raw vegan restaurant chain for dinner.

This is the delicious Taco filled with romaine lettuce, salsa and almond nut cheese in sun-dried tomato flaxseed wrap and served with more refreshing salad on the side.

Our other raw entree was the Pad Thai – zucchini and kelp noodles with shredded romaine lettuce, carrots, and bell peppers mixed in a tangy Thai sauce with crushed cashews. So delish that we demolished it quickly.

Another thai dish. Spring rolls filled with sliced veggies and fresh herbs wrapped in rice paper. The tangy Thai creamy sauce was yummy!

Allergic to alfalfa sprouts, had to gave these nori rolls a miss. It looked delicious though filled with my favorite avocado, marinated mushrooms, and fresh veggies.

Highlight of our dinner: Raw matcha and hazelnut cheesecakes. Dessert coma!

Amazing hosts from left: Elsie, Cindy, and Ivy. Thanks for making my Toronto trip such a wonderful and memorable experience!
