The Fringe Club offers vegetarian lunch buffets on weekdays but I love to go on Wednesdays as they offer Thai cuisine. From the picture above, you can see I had yellow curry and stir fried long beans with dried bean curd for mains. And I always go for a second helping for their corn fritters and salad. Click more to see how delicious they look.
These corn fritters are a must-eat and they usually disappear quickly so make sure you pile them on your plate asap. What’s not to love when every bite is soft and lusciously delish.
Refreshing salad featuring carrot, papaya and cucumber strips topped with peanut shavings.
Another time, we had this cucumber, long bean and tau kwa salad sprinkled with coriander.
If you are lucky, you get these fresh spring rolls filed with cucumber, carrot, vermicelli and bean sprouts. Needless to say, one is not enough.
I’m a big soup lover, so will always go back for a second bowl of tom yum hot from the pot even though it looks a bit oily. Comprising oyster mushrooms and tomatos, the soup has a spicy kick to it.
Finally, you can grab a bowl of fruits to finish off the meal.
Tips: When you arrive, go to the counter and pay first about HK$100 then order your drink, grab a plate and eat all you want!
