Real men eat Tofu and now you can get your tofu fix at O Green Cafe in Sheung Wan.
O Green serves Organic food but it’s not completely meatless. Ask for veggie options and you’ll be quite spoilt for choice ranging from soup, salads, sandwiches to brown rice sets. As you can see, it’s generous with the tofu servings and ingredients are fresh and wholesome.

With the close up shot, you can now see the different layers of ingredients from the soft whole wheat bread, tangy mustard sauce, crispy lettuce, grilled eggplant, chunky tofu, sliced tomato and cucumber. Put in your request if you prefer toasted bread, I personally prefer my sandwich toasted as I love the smell of warm bread.
Yet another tofu dish. This time in the form of a salad streaked with pumpkin sauce. Unlike typical salads that lack variety, this is filled with potato and pumpkin cubes, chickpeas and fresh button mushrooms.
The veggie brown rice sets look appetizing but didn’t get to try it. Will come back for the Portabello Mushroom Rice next time.
And if you have a sweet tooth, don’t miss out on desserts from organic apple pie to muffins.
This cafe is cozy and has an open kitchen concept, great for bringing friends here to chill, although they sometimes play cheesy 90s music but staff is friendly and efficient.
